Windows says I can't change the settings due to " Group Policy " I would very much like to turn  the search for solutions on!!!

Hi,

According to the error message, it should be Group Policy blocked the function. Please try to use the Gpresult command to check current system group policy applying status.

Open CMD with administrator, type GPresult /h gpreport.html

Then, after gp collection finished, type Gpreport.html open the result file.

If failed, access to the path below to find the find. C:\Windows\system32
